Responsibilities:

• Analyze hotel performance using financial data (P&L statements, balance sheets and cash flow reports).
• Build financial models, what-if scenarios and cash flow projections.
• Automate and enhance reporting workflows using Excel (Power Query, VBA).
• Leverage AI tools to extract insights, summarize financial trends and support forecasting.
• Use Sage Business to extract, manipulate and present data.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to integrate operational data into reports.
• Contribute to business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial or data analysis.
• Knowledge of legal and commercial contracts from a financial evaluation perspective.
• Advanced Excel skills (VBA).
• Experience using Sage BI, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of P&L statements, balance sheets, forecasting.
• Analytical mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• (Bonus) Knowledge of Python.
• (Bonus) CPA certification or equivalent professional qualification.

Salary Range:

• USD 1000-1250/month
