• Analyze requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to design effective test strategies.
• Create, maintain, and execute test cases for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Identify, document, and track bugs through bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Trello).
• Collaborate with developers to resolve defects and verify fixes.
• Perform cross-browser, cross-platform, and API testing (Postman or similar).
• Conduct UI/UX, performance, and sanity testing as required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 1+ year of hands-on SQA experience (Web / Mobile Applications)
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC
• Experience with test case management and bug tracking tools
• Good knowledge of manual testing techniques and API testing tools
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and communication skills
