Role Overview:

As a Full Stack AI Engineer at Soft Techniques, you’ll design, develop, and deploy production-grade software across our core platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with our AI, data, and automation teams to bring cutting-edge ideas into reality — whether it’s building microservices, integrating APIs, or optimizing performance for enterprise-scale systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Architect and develop scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate ML/LLM pipelines into production environments.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using best practices.
• Design database schemas and optimize queries for performance.
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to engineering standards.
• Work cross-functionally with design, product, and automation teams to deliver seamless solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack or backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Django (React.js/Next.js experience is a plus).
• Deep understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.
• Bonus: Exposure to AI/ML model integration, LangChain, or n8n/automation frameworks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in an agile, collaborative environment.
