Mindrind is seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist with hands-on experience in managing Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, writing winning proposals, and maintaining long-term client relationships to boost business growth.

• Manage and optimize company profiles on Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.
• Generate quality leads and close new business opportunities.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships.
• Develop and implement business growth strategies.
• Collaborate with the internal team for project execution.

• 4–5 years of proven experience in Business Development (Upwork, Fiverr & LinkedIn).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of digital services and the IT industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
