Elite IT Team is seeking a skilled and client-oriented AI Team Lead to manage end-to-end AI project delivery from client onboarding and technical consultation to team coordination and execution. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication and leadership abilities with a solid understanding of AI systems, automation workflows, and technical project management.

Elite IT Team is remote-first with 2–3 in-person gatherings per year. The selected candidate would be required to attend these gatherings at the company’s expense.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct discovery and onboarding calls with potential and new clients focused on AI and automation projects.
• Present AI-driven solutions, close clients, and set clear deliverable expectations.
• Provide technical consultation on AI feasibility, data requirements, and system integration during pre-sales and planning phases.
• Assign internal AI and development resources, define milestones, and initiate projects post-onboarding.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation such as feasibility reports, scope documents, and progress updates.
• Lead the AI development lifecycle, ensuring model design, testing, and deployment align with client needs and quality standards.
• Act as the primary bridge between clients, developers, and data science teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in AI project coordination, consulting, or technical team management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
• Solid understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, automation workflows, and model integration.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools, APIs, or frameworks
• Ability to translate business objectives into actionable AI and technical requirements.
• Familiarity with AI/ML lifecycles, agile development practices, and documentation standards.
• Prior experience in pre-sales, business development, or client growth roles within AI or software domains.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining delivery quality and timelines.
