Job Description

IntellixCore is an enterprise-grade AI orchestration platform that enables businesses to deploy configurable, role-based AI agents across diverse workflows. At the heart of the platform lies a flow builder that sequences agent tasks and integrates with systems like ERP, CRM, and HRIS; It offers a rich library of AI & ML patterns, includes built‑in guardrails to ensure data protection and governance, and supports deployments in cloud, on‑premise, or hybrid environments.


Role Overview:

As a Junior DevOps Engineer, you’ll help the engineering team design, build, and maintain the infrastructure, automation, and deployment pipelines that enable our software delivery. You’ll work under the guidance of senior engineers, gaining hands-on experience with cloud platforms, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, monitoring, and scripting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (build, test, deploy)
  • Collaborate with developers to support deployment and release processes
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration (using tools like Terraform, Ansible, etc)
  • Monitor systems, alerting and logging, help troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues
  • Work with cloud environments (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud) & containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
  • Participate in operational best-practices: backups, disaster recovery readiness, security hygiene, infrastructure cost-optimisation
  • Document processes and contribute to knowledge base for the team


Qualifications & Skills (Entry / Fresh Level):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • Strong interest in DevOps, infrastructure automation and cloud technologies
  • Familiarity (or coursework/projects) with one or more scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash)
  • Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix system administration
  • Exposure to version control systems (Git)
  • Willingness to learn configuration-management tools and infrastructure-as-code tools
  • Good problem-solving attitude, communication and collaboration skills
  • Eagerness to learn new tools and adapt to changing environments


Preferred (but not required):

  • Internship or project experience in DevOps / cloud / infrastructure automation
  • Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes or other container orchestration platforms
  • Some awareness of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc)
  • Cloud certification(s) or training (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals)
