Responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications and systems that integrate with Easypaisa’s mobile (Android/iOS) and web platforms. The AI Engineer will work on applied machine learning, automation, and data-driven features to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. This role requires strong proficiency in mobile development (Android/iOS), backend (Python), and web technologies to build, test, and scale intelligent solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven features for mobile (Android/iOS) and web platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mobile, backend, and product) to integrate AI modules such as recommendation engines, chatbots, fraud detection, and personalization systems.
• Develop machine learning models, perform data preprocessing, and ensure robust model deployment using Python-based frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Write maintainable, modular, and scalable code following best engineering practices (SOLID, Clean Architecture).
• Build and manage APIs and microservices for AI features using Flask/FastAPI or Node.js.
• Collaborate with UX/UI and product teams to translate insights into intelligent user experiences.
• Conduct performance optimization and A/B testing for model accuracy and real-world performance.
• Integrate AI systems with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) ensuring compliance and security standards.
• Participate in code reviews, peer learning sessions, and agile ceremonies (scrum, sprint reviews).
• Stay current with the latest AI, ML, and GenAI technologies to recommend innovative solutions for Easypaisa’s digital ecosystem.

Knowledge and Experience

Education: BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.

Experience: 3+ years in software development with exposure to AI/ML projects and proven experience with mobile development (Android/iOS), Python, and web technologies.
