We work with global clients to deliver high-impact software solutions. As we scale operations, we’re looking for a driven and strategic Senior Business Developer to take our business development and client acquisition to the next level.
Role Overview
As a Senior Business Developer, you’ll be responsible for driving B2B sales, forging strategic partnerships, and identifying new market opportunities. You will work directly with the CEO and sales team to craft winning proposals, close high-value deals, and help grow our revenue pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across global markets (especially US, UK, and Middle East).
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing to improve outreach, lead generation, and brand visibility.
- Attend virtual or in-person networking events, demos, and meetings.
- Prepare compelling proposals and pitch presentations.
- Use CRM tools to manage leads, deals, and reports.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B business development, with at least 1–2 years on Upwork.
- Strong portfolio of deals closed via Upwork or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and digital products.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Experience working with international clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or computer related fields.
