Reporting to the Manager, Data Science, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and optimizing Afiniti’s AI-driven pairing and recommendation models that power human interactions at scale. As part of the Data Science team, you will apply statistical inference, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques to large-scale datasets across diverse industries including telecommunications, healthcare, banking, and travel. You will work collaboratively with analytics, product, and engineering teams to translate theoretical concepts into deployable, measurable business impact.
