Implementation / Delivery Specialist The Opportunity: In this role, you will: Take ownership of high-stakes projects, ensuring timely and flawless implementation for top-tier banks. Work directly with customers, leading end-to-end delivery of solutions. Be part of a collaborative team driving innovation in financial workflows. Play a critical role in optimizing banking operations, customer experiences, and product delivery. Key Responsibilities: Implementation Leadership: Lead all implementation phases, including pre-UAT, UAT, production deployments, and post-go-live support. Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations and ensuring professional communication throughout the project lifecycle. UAT Coordination: Plan, execute, and oversee UAT sessions with banks, resolving issues and ensuring readiness for production. Issue Resolution: Proactively track and resolve technical and operational issues, escalating when necessary. Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend improvements to enhance delivery. Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, QA, and product teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines. Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior team members, helping them grow and succeed. Required Skills & Experience: Soft Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively. Strong leadership abilities to guide projects and teams. Hard Skills: Proven experience in implementing software solutions, especially in banking or financial domains. Expertise in UAT processes, system testing, and API integrations. Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Asana. Advanced technical skills, including SQL, debugging, and understanding of system configurations.
