About the role:
We’re hiring a Senior Business Developer to own outbound pipeline growth end-to-end, with a heavy emphasis on cold email—strategy, systems, execution, and team leadership.
What you’ll do
- Build & run multi-channel outbound (cold email first) to hit SQL/Revenue targets.
- Own ICP research, list building, sequencing, deliverability, and inbox health.
- A/B test copy, offers, and cadences; report on opens/replies/meetings/CAC.
- Lead and coach a small team (BDRs/SDRs); set playbooks and enforce best practices.
- Partner with founders/PMs to refine positioning, case studies, and offers.
Must-have experience:
- 5+ years in B2B business development or outbound sales (software/services).
- Proven cold email results (share portfolio/case studies with metrics).
- Hands-on with Apollo, Instantly (or similar: Lemlist, SalesLoft, Outreach).
- Deep know-how in domain warm-up, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, personalisation at scale.
- Strong leadership: hiring, training, performance management.
Nice to have:
CRM hygiene (HubSpot/Salesforce), enrichment & scraping tools
Alignment with marketing on content/offers and with delivery on scoping
