Job Description
We’re seeking a highly detail-oriented Data Scraper / Lead Generation Specialist to help us identify, collect, and qualify high-value leads across global markets. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with both automated data extraction tools and manual research techniques, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and relevance of lead data for sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use web scraping tools, APIs, and automation platforms to extract relevant business and contact data.
- Build and maintain high-quality lead lists based on target industries, geographies, and personas.
- Clean, validate, and enrich data to ensure accuracy and usability.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to define lead criteria and improve data pipelines.
- Research and identify decision-makers across LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, and other databases.
- Track and report key metrics related to lead generation performance and conversion quality.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation, data scraping, or market research.
- Proficiency with tools like Python (BeautifulSoup, Scrapy), Phantombuster, Apify, Octoparse, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with CRM or lead databases (e.g., Apollo, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Familiarity with automation and data cleaning techniques (Google Sheets, Excel, or custom scripts).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in the IT, SaaS, or digital marketing sectors.
- Understanding of B2B sales funnels and outreach processes.
- Basic knowledge of APIs and data integration.
