We’re ideally looking for someone with up to mid-level experience in development using
one or more of the following languages and technologies:

• VB.NET & C#
• ADO.NET, OOPs,
• Windows Forms, Infragistics Tools, DevEx Tools, XML Processing
• SQL Server, PL/SQL, SPs, Views, Triggers, Cursors
• RDLC Reports
• Windows Services (C#, VB.Net)
• Asp.net Web Forms, JavaScript
• ASP.NET Web API
• Node.JS (WebSocket, Express.Js, JWT, PM2)
• React.js/Next.js, Tailwind CSS

Language & Communication:

Excellent written and spoken English is a must. You’ll be working with internal teams across time zones.

Working Hours:

Core hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Pakistan time)

Equipment:

We will provide company-issued equipment.

Your Role:

As a Developer for Smile, you’re expected to be an A-player. You will be hired on a probationary contract, with the expectation to quickly demonstrate the following:

Ability to design, develop, and deliver critical features
Strong communication and collaboration
Proactivity and ownership
Versatility across tasks and responsibilities

Hiring Process:

1) Initial screening interview
2) Technical interview (live coding + discussion via screen share)
3) Final interview (may be face-to-face depending on location)
