Job Description

You’ll be the in-house creative engine - turning briefs into compelling visuals that bring their events, venues and products to life. From event branding and circuit signage to social media campaigns and partner assets, you’ll design work that’s on brand, on time and production-ready.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop visual concepts and deliver artwork for campaigns promoting race meetings, events, track days, activity/experiences products and marquee events (including the Thruxton Retro).
  • Produce a full suite of event collateral: posters, programmes, schedules, paddock and circuit signage, wayfinding, hospitality materials and large-format print.
  • Create digital assets
  • Paid/organic social graphics, short motion snippets, web banners, email headers, and presentation content
  • Maintain and evolve the client’s and venue brand guidelines; ensure consistent application across all channels and stakeholder touchpoints.
  • Prepare press-ready files, manage deadlines and quality-check proofs.
  • Support venue teams with their individual needs.
  • Build sponsor/partner toolkits (lockups, co-branding rules, logo usage, templates).
  • Collaborate with marketing, events, operations and commercial teams to scope briefs, timelines and deliverables.


Skills & Experience

  • 1+ years’ design experience (agency or in-house) with a portfolio spanning print and digital.
  • Adobe Creative Cloud expert: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop (After Effects and Premiere Pro a bonus).
  • Skilled in layout/typography and building scalable templates
  • Confident creating assets for social platforms (static and lightweight motion/animated GIFs).
  • Comfortable working at pace, juggling multiple deadlines and taking a brief from concept to delivery.


Nice to Have

  • Motion design (After Effects), edits in Premiere Pro.
  • Knowledge of accessibility considerations for print and digital.
  • Familiarity with motorsport, sports, live events or entertainment brands.
