Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute performance test strategies using NeoLoad (primary) and JMeter.
• Conduct load, stress, scalability, and endurance testing for web applications and APIs.
• Monitor and analyze application performance using Splunk, DataDog, and AppDynamics.
• Work with Kubernetes-based architectures, ensuring effective testing within containerized environments.
• Develop reusable performance test scripts, simulate user traffic, and validate system reliability under peak load.
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and QA teams to identify performance bottlenecks and provide optimization recommendations.
• Create detailed performance testing reports and documentation with actionable insights.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in performance and load testing with NeoLoad (primary) and JMeter.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies, APIs, and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, DataDog, and AppDynamics.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration concepts.
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Java, or Groovy) for test automation and custom metrics.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for integrating performance tests.
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
