Please Note: It's a full time Onsite opportunity based in Islamabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the merchant onboarding process, including documentation review, technical integration, and testing.
- Cultivate strong relationships with merchant partners, payment processors, and other external stakeholders.
- Provide technical support to merchants during the integration process and resolve any issues that arise.
- Advocate for merchants internally to ensure their needs are addressed and prioritized.
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of digital payment platforms, ensuring reliability, security, and performance.
- Enable automated monitoring of platform metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement platform enhancements and new features.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in digital payments.
- Good in data analytics on available logs and records for management’s strategic decision-making.
- Platform understanding and hand on experience of Linux environment.
- Management and ensure smooth execution of batches, schedulers, backend services.
- SQL Query creation and impact analysis on side effects of any query execution.
- API Benchmarking, stress testing, UAT, and assistance on system capacity planning as per transactional load.
- 2 –3 years Proven experience in system integration and automation development.
- Proficiency in Rest & Soap API implementation, integration and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as ELK, Nagios, SolarWinds, Prometheus, APM, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
Qualification & Experience:
- BS-CS/SE/IT or related.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience.
