About the Role

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team and support the integration, deployment, monitoring, and scaling of third-party SaaS applications within our environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and application monitoring, with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for SaaS integrations and deployments.
• Manage infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Ensure scalability, availability, and reliability of SaaS applications.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline release management and application rollouts.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting for third-party SaaS applications (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
• Ensure security best practices in deployments, credentials, and API integrations.
• Troubleshoot performance and availability issues across cloud and SaaS environments.
• Optimize cost management of cloud resources and third-party application usage.
• Document architecture, processes, and operational runbooks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS).
• Proficiency in automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Familiarity with API integrations and managing third-party SaaS applications.
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
