Key Responsibilities:

- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) for scalability, cost-efficiency, and high availability

- Ensure system uptime and high availability through load balancing, failover strategies, and disaster recovery planning

- Implement and manage Web Application Firewalls (WAF) to protect against OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities and malicious traffic

- Proactively monitor systems for performance, availability, and security — resolving issues before they impact users also Implement robust logging, monitoring, and alerting systems

- Enforce infrastructure security best practices, including patch management, vulnerability scanning, and access control

- Implement observability solutions (logging, metrics, tracing) to improve system visibility and troubleshooting speed.

- Manage database performance, backups, and disaster recovery strategies.

- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth and secure deployments.

Required Qualifications:

- 6+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering

- Proven expertise with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFront, IAM, VPC, Lambda, Cloudflare, AWS WAF etc.).

- Solid knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, load balancing, firewalls)

- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).

- Familiarity with monitoring tools
