Role Overview:

We're looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and deploy scalable ML models that drive our core AI features. You'll collaborate with our US-based product team to iterate on predictive analytics systems, ensuring high performance and reliability. This is a hands-on role where you'll own the end-to-end ML pipeline, from data ingestion to model deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize machine learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn for tasks such as time-series forecasting and natural language processing.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for cleaning, feature engineering, and model training using tools like Apache Airflow or Kubeflow.
• Deploy models to production environments (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud AI) and monitor performance with metrics like accuracy, precision, and latency.
• Conduct A/B testing and experiment with hyperparameter tuning to improve model efficacy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams via tools like Slack, Jira, and GitHub to integrate ML solutions into our web and mobile applications.
• Stay updated on emerging AI trends and contribute to R&D for new passive income algorithms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with a proven track record in deploying production-ready models.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong understanding of ML concepts (e.g., supervised/unsupervised learning, neural networks, reinforcement learning).
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent English communication skills; ability to work independently in a remote setting across time zones.
