Requirements:

• Conduct thorough testing for production-based applications to ensure high reliability, performance, and quality in live environments.
• Develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual testing processes.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing to validate business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product, and operations, to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
• Analyze production incidents and perform root cause analysis to improve overall product quality and user experience.
• Ensure quality standards and best practices are followed throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Monitor and maintain test environments and participate in release planning to ensure seamless deployment to production.
• Document defects, issues, and resolutions in issue tracking systems (e.g., Jira) and follow up on resolutions with development teams.
• Actively participate in QA reviews and retrospectives to continuously improve testing strategies and processes.
• Communicate quality metrics and insights to stakeholders, providing visibility on testing progress, risks, and potential issues before release.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in software QA with hands-on experience in manual testing.
• Proficiency in writing clear test documentation and executing test strategies.
• Experience working with issue tracking systems like Jira.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
