As part of our growth, we are strengthening our cybersecurity posture to ensure our platform, customer data, and AI systems are safeguarded against emerging risks.

Role Summary

The Cyber Risk Analyst will play a key role in assessing, monitoring, and reporting on cyber risks across Metatalent.ai’s technology landscape, including IT, cloud, and AI-driven systems. This role ensures that sensitive and business-critical data is appropriately classified, protected, and managed according to Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) principles. The analyst will also support the implementation of cybersecurity controls and frameworks tailored to both general and AI-specific risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct cyber risk assessments across IT, cloud, SaaS, and AI-driven environments to identify threats, vulnerabilities, and potential business impacts.
  • Develop and maintain a data classification inventory, analyzing and rating assets using the CIA triad.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams to embed secure-by-design practices into AI/ML workflows.
  • Monitor and report on emerging cyber and AI-specific threats, providing actionable intelligence to stakeholders.
  • Support the development, implementation, and enforcement of cybersecurity policies, controls, and best practices.
  • Assist with regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, AI-specific frameworks) through audits, risk registers, and documentation.
  • Contribute to incident response planning and post-incident reviews, ensuring lessons learned feed back into risk controls.
  • Deliver reports and dashboards to leadership on cyber risk posture, vulnerabilities, and mitigation efforts.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-2 years of experience in cyber risk, security assessment, or IT risk management.
  • Strong understanding of risk management frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO 27001, FAIR).
  • Knowledge of CIA triad, data classification, and security governance.
  • Experience assessing risks in cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML environments.
  • Familiarity with security tools (SIEM, vulnerability management, DLP, CASB, IAM, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional certifications such as CRISC, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, or AI/ML Security-related credentials.
  • Experience with AI-specific security challenges, such as model poisoning, adversarial attacks, and data integrity risks.
  • Background in regulatory compliance (GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST AI RMF).
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced SaaS or AI-driven company.

Why Join Metatalent.ai?

  • Work in a dynamic, innovative, and inclusive culture.
  • Opportunity to shape cyber risk strategy for AI ecosystems.
