ABOUT THE ROLE:
You'll join forces with dedicated professionals in the financial services and enterprise IT sector, working on exciting projects that shape the future of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) solutions. As an Oracle EBS Architect, you will be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-grade ERP systems, ensuring scalability, integration, and alignment with business objectives.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Define and design end-to-end Oracle EBS architecture, covering financials, supply chain, HR, and other core modules.
- Lead system integration efforts between Oracle EBS and other enterprise platforms.
- Drive solution design workshops with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical architectures.
- Provide architectural governance and best practices for Oracle EBS customizations, extensions, interfaces, and reporting (CEMLI).
- Oversee upgrades, migrations, and roadmaps (R12 to R12.2, or transition to Oracle Fusion/Cloud ERP).
- Ensure high performance, scalability, and security across Oracle EBS environments.
- Mentor and guide cross-functional teams, offering technical leadership throughout project lifecycles.
- Conduct performance tuning, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure long-term system sustainability.
WHAT WE EXPECT:
- 6+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.x) in an architect or senior technical role.
- Strong knowledge of core EBS modules: Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA), SCM (PO, OM, INV), and HRMS.
- Expertise in Oracle database technologies, SQL, PL/SQL, and application performance tuning.
- Solid experience with integration tools (Oracle SOA Suite, APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud, or equivalent).
- Hands-on background in application server configuration, system upgrades, and security design.
- Experience defining migration strategies (EBS to R12.2 and/or Oracle Cloud ERP).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage business stakeholders and technical teams alike.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
Nice to have:
- Oracle certifications (OCP, Oracle EBS/Cloud ERP).
- Experience in large-scale global ERP implementations.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements (SOX, GDPR).
