The Senior BSS Solution Architect designs and implements end-to-end telecom BSS solutions, aligning business needs with technical capabilities in CRM, billing, charging, order, and revenue management systems. You will join a collaborative, cross-functional team delivering scalable, reliable BSS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop BSS architectures integrating CRM, billing, charging, order, and revenue management.
• Align solutions with business processes and goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional and non-functional requirements.
• Design end-to-end system flows and integration strategies with OSS, networks, and third-party platforms.
• Incorporate emerging tech like 5G, AI/ML, and cloud-native solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guide cross-functional teams.
• Define test strategies and ensure solution quality.
• Plan migration from legacy to modern BSS platforms.
• Act as primary technical contact for executives and teams.
• Mentor engineers and architects, share knowledge.
