IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

• You will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of microservices-based architectures that align with business needs.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of microservices ecosystems.
• Your expertise will be critical in modernizing applications, implementing best practices, and driving innovation in software development.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Lead the design and implementation of microservices-based solutions.
• Define best practices for microservices development, including API design, service orchestration, and containerization.
• Collaborate with software engineers, DevOps teams, and architects to build scalable and resilient services.
• Ensure microservices are secure, well-monitored, and optimized for performance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; master’s degree preferred.

Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3-5 years in microservices architecture.

Competencies:

• Programming
• Docker and Kubernetes
• microservices principles, service discovery, and API gateways
• DevOps practices, including CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
