We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical AI/ML Data Scientist to join our data-driven team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and deploying machine learning models that solve real-world problems and drive strategic decisions. Your insights and algorithms will directly impact our products, services, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, test, and deploy predictive and classification models using advanced machine learning techniques.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to extract insights and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, product managers, and software developers.
• Perform data wrangling, feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning.
• Communicate technical results and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate model performance, making continuous improvements as needed.
• Contribute to research and experimentation in the field of AI/ML to innovate and solve new challenges.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, or AI.
• Proficiency in Python and libraries like pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Strong background in statistics, data modeling, and algorithm development.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, Power BI).
• Knowledge of SQL and working with large-scale data systems.
• Solid understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with deep learning, NLP, or computer vision.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ML deployment tools.
• Exposure to MLOps practices, version control (Git), and model tracking tools like MLflow or Weights & Biases.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Shifts: 11am to 8pm and 12pm to 9pm
