We are seeking a sharp, resourceful, and analytical intern to join our Business Analysis team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to dive into data, draw meaningful insights, and contribute directly to real-world business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, participate in critical analysis projects, and gain firsthand experience in business intelligence and strategy formulation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze market trends, internal data, and competitive landscapes to support strategic initiatives
• Assist in gathering, validating, and interpreting data from various sources
• Help build dashboards and reports that inform decision-making
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions
• Document business requirements and translate them into clear analytical goals
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend data-backed solutions

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus
• Effective communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly
• High level of initiative and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Azure, Asana, Trello, or Jira) is a plus.
