Job Summary:

The BI Specialist will design dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making. The role focuses on transforming complex data into clear, actionable visual insights. 

Responsibilities: 

• Design, build, and optimize dashboards and reports using Oracle BI and other tools. 

• Translate complex datasets into actionable visual insights for business users. 

• Work closely with data scientists and business stakeholders to define reporting needs. 

• Maintain and enhance BI solutions based on feedback and changing requirements. 
  

Requirements: 

• Proficiency in Oracle BI and experience in dashboard development. 

• Strong skills in data visualization and storytelling with data. 

• Ability to handle complex data sets and ensure data accuracy in reporting. 

• Good understanding of data warehousing and BI best practices. 

Experience Required: 

• 2–4 years in BI development or data visualization roles. 

Education/Qualification: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
