Job Overview:

We are Looking for a skilled and experienced Data Scientist with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will work during the night shift (EST time zone) and will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, developing predictive models, and deriving actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making processes. This role offers the flexibility to work from home while contributing to exciting and impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis and Modeling:

  • Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources.
  • Apply statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to analyze data and develop predictive models.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.

• Model Development and Deployment:

  • Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms for real-world applications.
  • Deploy models into production environments and monitor their performance.
  • Continuously improve models based on feedback and new data.

• Business Intelligence and Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data insights.
  • Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand their data needs and provide data-driven solutions.

• Research and Innovation:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
  • Experiment with new tools, techniques, and methodologies to improve data analysis and modeling processes.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for data science within the organization.

• Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with data engineers, software developers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of data science solutions.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide regular updates on project progress and challenges.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in (Skills: ETL, Data Wrangling, Statistical Analysis, EDA, Data Modeling and fine tuning).
  • Strong experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Expertise in data manipulation and analysis using tools like SQL, pandas, and NumPy.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate complex data findings into actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
