Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Fullstack PHP Developer with extensive experience in PHP and the Laravel framework. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, capable of building robust and scalable web applications from the ground up. This role requires a deep understanding of modern web development practices and a passion for creating high-quality, maintainable code.

Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework.
2. Collaborate with the product team to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
3. Implement responsive and interactive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React).
4. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to support front-end functionalities.
5. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
6. Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
7. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
8. Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely resolutions.
9. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and project outcomes.
10. Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2. Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer with a strong focus on PHP and Laravel.
3. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., Vue.js, React, Angular).
4. Experience with database design and management using MySQL or other relational databases.
5. Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
6. Understanding of RESTful API design and development.
7. Knowledge of modern development tools and workflows (e.g., npm, Webpack, Docker).
8. Experience with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD) practices.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
10. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with other PHP frameworks (e.g., Symfony, CodeIgniter).
2. Knowledge of cloud services and infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
3. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines).
4. Experience with agile development methodologies & Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of personal projects.
