Job Title:  Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Research, design, and develop advanced machine learning models, with a focus on generative AI techniques such as GANs, VAEs, and autoregressive models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Customize machine learning models and algorithms to address unique challenges and deliver tailored solutions to clients.
• Experiment with different architectures, frameworks, and tools to optimize model performance and scalability.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in machine learning and AI research, and incorporate relevant techniques and methodologies into our projects.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2 years) working as a Machine Learning Engineer, with a focus on generative AI and customization.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, along with experience using libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
• In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms, particularly in the realm of generative models, and hands-on experience implementing and fine-tuning these models.
• Experience working on customized machine learning projects, with the ability to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex technical challenges.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
