Position: Senior React JS Developer

Experience Required: 3 to 4 years

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality React JS applications for various platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Architect efficient and reusable front-end systems that drive complex web applications.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement responsive designs and ensure compatibility across devices.
• Write clean, modular, and testable code.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in front-end development.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth performance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience of 3 to 4 years in React JS development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ syntax.
• In-depth knowledge of React JS and its core principles.
• Experience with popular React JS workflows (such as Redux, Flux, or Context API).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with server-side technologies (Node.js, Express.js, etc.).
• Knowledge of modern UI/UX design principles.
