As a Java Developer you will be part of a talented team  responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining high-performance and scalable Java applications. 1. Software Development:
• Design, implement, and maintain Java-based applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
2. Code Review:
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
3. Problem Solving:
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to address performance bottlenecks and ensure system stability.
4. Documentation:
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to software design, coding, and testing.
5. Collaboration:
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
6. Testing:
• Develop and execute unit tests and contribute to automated testing strategies.
7. Continuous Learning:
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in software development.

Qualification:

1. Proven experience as a Java Developer, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
2. knows how to create workflow processes and could manage a Java based workflow platform.
3. Tools is Required (OpenKM)
4. Proficiency in web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
6. Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
