We recognize our exposure to complex and culturally diverse situations and believe that there are measureable challenges – vis-a-vis redirection, revitalization, reformation and financing, however, our cognizance of political epidemiology, respect to values, culture, people and understanding of contextual dynamics are some areas that have offered a good preparedness while in dialogue to reduce disparities in the world. We also recognize that technical skills are important, however, political, bureaucratic and technocratic management skills are key as they give greater leverage to benefit the people across sectors and communities in the world
