Mr. Shabahat Ali Shah: Absolutely. The pandemic presented unprecedented challenges, and I was fortunate to lead the National IT Board during those times. Our focus on leveraging technology for pandemic response was instrumental in WHO recognizing Pakistan as one of the seven countries the world could learn from in terms of future pandemic preparedness.

Mr. Umer: Inspiring and motivating team members to achieve their fullest potential is a hallmark of great leaders. How do you go about achieving this?
Mr. Shabahat Ali Shah: Motivating teams is crucial. I believe in fostering a culture of continuous learning and providing opportunities for growth. When individuals see their potential and have the tools to realize it, they become more engaged and productive.
