Open AI recently announced the premium version of Chat GPT named Chat GPT Plus. Formerly, it launched Chat GPT in November 2022, a natural language processing tool.
Millions of people around the globe are using Chat GPT and now Chat GPT Plus is announced. This Plus version of Chat GPT provides some premium experience to its subscribers. These premium features include faster response rate, priority access to new improvements and features and easy access to Chat GPT during its peak times.
Chat GPT Plus is only launching in the United States for now and it will cost only $20 per month. However, Open AI ensures that the free access to Chat GPT will be broadly available too.
Furthermore, the company claimed that it has leant from the research preview of Chat GPT about the system’s weaknesses and strengths. The company added that this research preview helped them in making several updates and improvements in the Chabot.
“We launched Chat GPT as a research preview so we could learn more about the system’s strengths and weaknesses and gather user feedback to help us improve upon its limitations. Since then, millions of people have given us feedback, we’ve made several important updates and we’ve seen users find value across a range of professional use-cases, including drafting & editing content, brainstorming ideas, programming help, and learning new topics.”.
The company added that they will continue expanding and improving their system depending upon user experience and their user’s feedback. They claimed that they will soon launch the Chat GPT API waitlist on the basis of the desire from the developer’s community.
Furthermore, the company is still researching to have some subscription options, like lower-cost plans, business plans and data jack plans.
“We plan to refine and expand this offering based on your feedback and needs. We’ll also soon be launching the (Chat GPT API), and we are actively exploring options for lower-cost plans, business plans, and data packs for more availability.”
