Snowflake, with its vision to enrich the customer experience- CX of its cloud clients, has successfully acquired Streamlit<\/a>, an open-source application development framework. The acquisition is reportedly carried out for US$800 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The acquisition will enable data scientists and developers on both platforms to build easy and fast web applications<\/a>. As for Snowflake\u2019s clients, front-end development by Data Scientists is now possible without the need of having knowledge on application development. Streamlit users will also benefit from the acquisition by using Snowflake\u2019s collaborative cloud platform to work on data they can trust. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Simplicity in creation of data applications without having to become a skilful front-end developer is a great commodity to have.
